One of the UK’s top jazz trumpet players, Steve Waterman brings his quartet to the Login Lounge for an afternoon of world class live jazz, with music by Miles Davies, Freddie Hubbard, Dave Brubeck, and many more, as well as Steve's compositions from a number of his own recordings. If you love jazz this is not to be missed!

He has recorded and toured with John Surman’s Brass Project and the Carla Bley Big Band and has worked with a host of other artists including Vince Mendoza, Tony Coe, Mal Waldron and Colin Towns as well as recording a series of critically acclaimed albums in his own name.

WHO'S PLAYING?

Alex Hutton is a well established pianist on the London scene, renowned for the great charm and excitement that he brings to his performances, as well his accomplished Latin Jazz playing! “A great British talent and a wonderfully natural pianist" ~ Ronnie Scott

Bass player Marianne Windham is the founder and driving force behind Guildford Jazz. A former director of a software consultancy, she resigned from corporate life to pursue learning bass full time and has since become a well established name on the scene. “A valuable player… Brown-like musicality and drive” - Peter Vacher, Jazzwise

A veteran of British Jazz, drummer Dave Barry studied percussion at the Royal Academy of Music, before going on to tour Europe and Australia with Mike Westbrook bands, and then joining Don Weller's Quartet and Big Band. His gilt-edged CV features the cream of British Jazz!

DIRECTIONS

The nearest carpark is The Atrium (Park Street, Camberley, Surrey, GU15 3QL) - Exit the Atrium on the ground floor (with Starbucks on your left) and then turn left at Zizzi's and Login Lounge is approx 200m on your left (next to Pandora and opposite The Bear pub).
